The role is responsible for project planning, estimating, value management, procurement strategy, subcontractor engagement, and buyout activities, while leading project-specific preconstruction teams comprising 1–2 supporting Preconstruction Managers.</span><br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 56, 101)\">Working closely with clients, design teams, operations personnel, and trade partners, this position serves as a key project leader, aligning scope, budget, schedule, and overall project strategy to support successful project execution and transition to construction.</span><br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 56, 101)\">This role offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements, departmental initiatives, and the evolution of preconstruction technologies and best practices across the organization.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(108, 29, 69);
