Responsibilities may include:<ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly production teams</li><li>Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity metrics</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures</li><li>Partner with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Supply Chain teams</li><li>Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives</li><li>Manage labor planning, performance, and employee engagement</li><li>Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and communication</li></ul><em>(Specific responsibilities may vary by site and operation.)</em><hr><h3><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></h3><ul><li>3+ years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment</li><li>Experience leading hourly teams and frontline supervisors</li><li>Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills</li><li>Working knowledge of safety, quality, and production KPIs</li><li>Ability to work across shifts, departments, and changing priorities</li></ul><strong>Preferred (not required):</strong><ul><li>Experience in high‑volume or multi‑shift manufacturing</li><li>Continuous improvement exposure (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)</li><li>Prior responsibility for labor planning or performance management</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Work Environment</strong></h3><ul><li>Manufacturing / production floor environment</li><li>Shift schedules and site requirements vary by location</li><li>Safety‑focused culture</li></ul></div></div>\n",
