Responsible for cleaning, setting and maintenance of tables.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n<u><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Live by a servant leadership philosophy to always serve others first.</li>\r\n\t<li>Understand, and comply with:</li>\r\n\t<li>All Company policies, procedures, and operating standards.</li>\r\n\t<li>All federal/state/local laws and ordinances.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain energy, enthusiasm, passion and P.R.I.D.E. throughout the shift.</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform the role of a Dishwasher.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain the dish machine with correct maintenance.</li>\r\n\t<li>Know the correct chemicals and levels for the dish machine.</li>\r\n\t<li>Be environmentally friendly with use of dish machine.</li>\r\n\t<li>Clean, sanitize and store all utensils and equipment properly.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain Oyster Tags, Crawfish, and make Peel &amp; Eat Shrimp buckets.</li>\r\n\t<li>Shuck Oysters using correct equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for Pull Thaw for the entire restaurant.</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform the role of a Busser.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide a clean and safe environment for Customers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Be aware of surroundings.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maximize trips to and from the dining room, bar and dish area.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide clean tables quickly, quietly, efficiently and thoroughly.</li>\r\n\t<li>Pre-bus continually.</li>\r\n\t<li>Clean and maintain inside and outside of restaurant (including grease trap, back dock and dumpster area).</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide awesome service to all Customers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Always have a &#8220;do whatever it takes&#8221; personality.</li>\r\n\t<li>Hold doors open for Customers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Pull out chairs for female Guest.</li>\r\n\t<li>Accommodate and meet special needs of Customers (senior citizens, large parties, business meetings, etc.).</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform secondary responsibilities.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist Host by seating Customers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Support Servers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Help with restroom cleanliness.</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain a safe, sanitary, and secure environment at all times.</li>\r\n\t<li>Notify a Manager of all Customer complaints.</li>\r\n\t<li>Remain calm at all times.</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by a Manager.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n<u><strong>Required Skills</strong></u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>High school degree or GED preferred.</li>\r\n\t<li>Six months to one year minimum dishwashing and/or Busser experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\r\n\t<li>Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Able to interact professionally with other Customers and Team Members.</li>\r\n\t<li>Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Good judgment and decision making abilities.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n<u><strong>Physical Requirements (as required by OSHA)</strong></u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to spend 100% of working time standing, walking, and reaching.</li>\r\n\t<li>Pushing, pulling and lifting objects from a lower to higher position or moving objects horizontally, from position to position.&#160;</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling while walking, standing or crouching in narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces.</li>\r\n\t<li>Climbing and ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.</li>\r\n\t<li>&#160;Must be able to carry loads greater than 50 pounds frequently.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to communicate clearly with our Customer in the primary language of the restaurant.</li>\r\n\t<li>Hearing sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.</li>\r\n\t<li>Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.</li>\r\n</ul>",
