    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span></p>\n<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Consultant to join our growing Change and Adoption team.</p>\n<p>Within this role, you will be delivering organisational change across a portfolio of transformation programmes and projects in a variety of industries. Focusing on key areas such as communications, engagement, training and user adoption, you will support FSP’s clients to implement, embed and succeed with key initiatives and priorities.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scope, plan, deliver and evaluate large scale organisational change</li>\n<li>Establish credibility, build consensus and develop long-term relationships with clients.</li>\n<li>Manage the expectations and demands of internal and external stakeholders</li>\n<li>Plan projects systematically and maintain project discipline</li>\n<li>Mobilise internal and external resources to deliver your projects</li>\n<li>Contribute to the completion of tenders, statements of work and proposals</li>\n<li>Seek opportunities for business growth with existing and new clients</li>\n<li>Teach, coach and support others - raising their capability for delivering organisational change</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in leading and delivering complex change in a variety of contexts, organisations and sectors</li>\n<li>Expert at uncovering, analysing and synthesising organisational needs</li>\n<li>Familiar with a range of leading change models and tools</li>\n<li>Experienced in technology change and adoption, ideally in the Digital Transformation or M365 arena.</li>\n<li>Proficient in managing multiple projects and clients at any given time</li>\n<li>Experienced and accomplished workshop designer and facilitator</li>\n<li>Comfortable engaging with and managing executive level stakeholders</li>\n<li>Able to present to large and small audiences including at executive level.</li>\n<li>Experienced in creating, delivering and evaluating complex communication plans and related activities.</li>\n<li>Capable of designing, delivering and evaluating training (across face to face, virtual and e-learning environments)</li>\n<li>Worked in a consulting environment (internal or external) with a commercial focus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we look for in our people</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong alignment with FSP values and ethos</li>\n<li>Commitment to teamwork, quality and mutual success</li>\n<li>Proactivity with an ability to operate with pace and energy</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Dedication to excellence and quality</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are FSP?</span></p>\n<p>FSP is a leading consultancy specialising in Digital, Security and AI solutions.
