    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>This position is located on the Memphis campus. &nbsp;Responsible for data management, including data abstraction and database management required to complete various quality data projects for the Baptist Cancer Center's Malignant Hematology &amp; Transplant Program. Performs other duties as assigned.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Abstracts and audits data for quality projects specific to malignant hematology, transplant, cellular, and gene therapy.</li>\n <li>Assists the Research Nurse Coordinator with submitting patient information into the official database.</li>\n <li>Attends meetings or conferences as directed.</li>\n <li>Completes Quality Project(s).</li>\n <li>Assists with data audits.</li>\n <li>Completes assigned goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Specifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Data management or medical office experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred/Desired</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred/Desired</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in field related to healthcare or research preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Training</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred/Desired</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Special Skills</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other general office equipment.
