Responsibilities include assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care. <strong>This position is located in style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Present cases to psychiatrists regarding client&rsquo;s medicine.</span></span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Work closely with Case Managers regarding client&rsquo;s needs.</span></span></span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><span
