font-size: 12pt\"> Effectively show prospects units and articulate the benefits of living at the property to various prospects including students and parents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Provide premier customer service to all residents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Assist in resident retention programs and events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Accepts maintenance requests from residents and submits them to the manager and/or maintenance staff. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Maintains database of prospective and current residents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Maintains traffic logs of tours, telephone calls, information requests, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
