As an entry-level position in the mental health field, this role is crucial to providing individualized services tailored to the specific needs of our clients.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold;\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Conduct assessments of clients' social, emotional, financial, and health issues to create personalized rehabilitation plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Deliver a minimum of 3 hours (for children) or 6 hours (for adults) of direct services per client each month.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective treatment plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to meet clients' needs promptly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Source and provide resources to assist clients on caseload.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Promote RTFNetwork's programs to potential clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Maintain professional boundaries with clients at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Document client progress accurately within 24 hours after each visit.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Attend individual and group supervision sessions bi-monthly for ongoing professional development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Ensure clients attend necessary health appointments and support adults with job placement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Assist clients in problem resolution, resource identification, and utilization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Conduct psycho-educational groups and establish relationships with service providers for coordinated care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Collaborate closely with the client's care team to monitor treatment compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Teach clients self-advocacy skills and foster independence.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Organize culturally relevant activities to enhance social relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Maintain detailed case records, reports, and documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Complete required administrative tasks promptly and accurately.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Participate in all mandatory training programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Demonstrate effective time management and compliance with documentation regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"><br>Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold;\">Education:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"> High School Diploma or equivalent required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"> Associate’s/bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold;\">Additional Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"> Complete CPR/First Aid training</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"> Complete a state and federal-level criminal background check</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"> Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing (less than 2 points)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"> Reliable transportation and auto insurance that complies with the state of Maryland insurance requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"> Ability to meet with clients in person and virtually</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\"> Experience using ICANotes preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\">Must have reliable transportation to be considered for the position. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold;\">At RTFNetwork, we are not just shaping the future; we are redefining it for our clients.
