The individual(s) in this position will gain practical sports science-related experience at a premier Division 1, Big 12 Conference institution. There will be opportunities to provide varying levels of support to several of Baylor Universities varsity sport programs. The successful applicant will report to the Director for Applied Performance.<br><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Duties:</strong><br>- Support designated sport teams in the management of performance technologies, data collection, data analysis.<br>- Assist in the education of student-athletes regarding recovery strategies, performance optimization, and overall wellness.<br>- Communicate and collaborate with staff members from other Sports Performance departments.<br>- Perform other administrative and logistical duties as required.<br><strong>Preferred Qualification &amp; Skills:</strong><br>- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or in a related field.
