We consider everyone on the planet an ambassador to the Earth.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Site Surveyor will provide professional site auditing services to obtain and communicate the necessary technical data to the Better Earth Design Team for the preparation of project scope information needed to adequately design a solar system as well as provide permit ready documents needed to facilitate the installation of solar systems.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Duties/ Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Travel to project sites to obtain information necessary to complete technical design documents for a solar system</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create detailed rooftop map layout for solar arrays including roof layout dimensions and all roof obstructions (pipes, vents etc.)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop a positive relationship with customers to establish rapport and to gather facilities assessment data as needed</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct a physical site audit including roof details, electrical details and other pertinent information as may be required</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and upload site audit documents as needed to coordinate with the Design Team to produce permit-ready documents within 24 hours of Site Audit</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Follow Better Earth Standard Operating Procedures for Site Audit to ensure a smooth handoff between departments</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide and maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record to safely operate a company vehicle</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop relationships with the entire Better Earth team to support business activities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualification Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A minimum of three (1 -2) years' experience in a discipline related to construction or building sciences; estimating or site auditing experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solar installation experience is preferred</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High School or Trade School degree in a discipline related to construction or building sciences, engineering, or architecture is preferred</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to understand, read, and comprehends contract documents and plans </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Written and verbal communication skills required in order to prepare site audit documents and conduct site audit meetings with customers</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be physically able to work on roofs and in attics, as well as lift 50+ </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfort with utilizing technology for job performance (computer, phone, email, etc.)</span></p>",
