Our <strong>Technology and Solutions Group (TSG)</strong> is driving innovation across hardware, software, and data to define the next generation of intelligent, scalable test platforms.</p><p>We&rsquo;re seeking a <strong>Product Manager, Functional Test</strong> who will own the definition and evolution of Circuit Check&#39;s functional test platform - bringing together instrumentation, control software, and system integration into a cohesive, scalable offering for our customers.</p><p>This role requires both technical depth and commercial insight: someone who understands ATE design, customer production challenges, and how to convert engineering capability into standardized, repeatable test solutions.</p><p>Our design staff includes electrical, software, mechanical engineers, and project managers. Our systems are supported by staff throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Malaysia, and China.</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Product Manager, Functional Test will serve as the architect and champion of Circuit Check&#39;s custom test system development platform, ensuring that our tools, architectures, and processes deliver consistent performance and reliability across industries. You will work closely with design engineers, system integrators, and customers to define our standard toolset and hardware platform, balancing innovation with manufacturability and supportability.</p><p>This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product strategy, and customer engagement - with approximately 25% travel to customer sites,, vendors, and Circuit Check facilities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Platform Ownership: Define and maintain the roadmap for Circuit Check&rsquo;s functional test system platform, including instrumentation, hardware interfaces, and software architecture</li><li>Customer Engagement: Collaborate directly with customers to understand testing needs, production environments, and industry trends, translating insights into platform improvements</li><li>System Integration: Lead cross-functional efforts to align mechanical, electrical, and software teams around a unified architecture for test solutions</li><li>Toolset Development: Standardize and continuously improve Circuit Check&rsquo;s toolset for ATE system development, from hardware frameworks to software integration and documentation</li><li>Technology Evaluation: Assess and integrate technologies from National Instruments, Rohde &amp; Schwarz, Keysight, and Tektronix, as well as test executives (e.g., LabVIEW/TestStand) and emerging automation tools</li><li>Quality &amp; Scalability: Ensure that test platforms meet the highest standards for reliability, maintainability, and calibration traceability</li><li>Training &amp; Evangelism: Act as an internal and external advocate for functional test excellence &mdash; enabling sales, training engineers, and supporting customers.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related technical field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in functional test or ATE system design, integration, or product management</li><li>Deep familiarity with instrumentation from National Instruments, Rohde &amp; Schwartz, Keysight, and Tektronix</li><li>Demonstrated experience with LabVIEW, TestStand or other Test Executive environments</li><li>Proven ability to synthesize information from engineering, customer feedback, and market trends into coherent product direction</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and commercial teams</li><li>Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer collaboration and platform deployment.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Attributes</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience building or managing modular test platforms for high-mix or high-reliability electronics</li><li>Understanding of calibration, traceability, and compliance standards (ISO, IPC, MIL-STD, etc.)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to mentor teams on test strategy, fixture design, or measurement best practices</li><li>Strong customer orientation and ability to translate complex engineering concepts into business value</li><li>Strong systems thinking and ability to bridge business needs with technical design</li><li>Clear communicator who thrives in a cross-functional engineering culture.</li></ul><p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong></p><p>CCI is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits, including, but not limited to:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Flexible work hours</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Plans</li><li>HSA and FSA</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) with match</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Pet Insurance</li><li>Identity Theft Insurance</li><li>Medical Bridge/Critical Care/Cancer/Accident Insurance</li></ul><p><em>This job description reflects management&rsquo;s assignment of key responsibilities;&nbsp;it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.</em></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Individual base pay is based on various factors, including work location, relevant experience and skills, the responsibility of the role, and job duties/requirements. For this role, our current pay range is $120,000 - $200,000.</p><p>Listed range represents the full earning potential in this position. Starting salaries for well-qualified new hires are typically around the midpoint of the range. This range was determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.<br>&nbsp;<br>Base pay is only one element of an employee&#39;s total compensation at Circuit Check. Employees (and their dependents in most plans) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, short- and long-term disability and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees are able to enroll in Circuit Check&rsquo;s 401k plan, in which the Company will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution.
