Shanna and Bryan Glazer JCC is seeking an energetic and reliable counselor for our Club J afterschool program.&nbsp;</span>Club J is an afterschool enrichment program serving children from kindergarten through 5<sup>th</sup> grade. <span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Counselors must be able to keep their group safe at all times and provide a fun, nurturing setting.</span>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;\">Possible <em>part-time and full time</em> in various shifts available throughout the day anywhere from 8am-6pm.</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;\">&nbsp;</p><h2><span style='font-size:19px;line-height:115%;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Essential Job Functions</span></h2><ul style=\"margin-top:0in;\" type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:     justify;line-height:normal;\">Serve as a role model to Club J participants</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:     justify;line-height:normal;\"><span style=\"background:white;\">Assist in daily program operations, including the <em>possibility</em> of driving a Club J van or bus to pick up children from assigned appropriate behavior management techniques</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:     normal;background:white;\">Ability to lead activities including homework supervision and a combination of enrichments (i.e., arts and crafts, sports, team-building exercises, drama, dance and more.)</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:     normal;background:white;\">Attend weekly staff
