    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Developing and implementing secure and efficient network architecture solutions in alignment with contractual requirements and DoD standards</li>\n <li>Designing, configuring, and maintaining network systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security across the organization</li>\n <li>Monitoring network operations continuously, performing proactive diagnostics and troubleshooting to address emerging issues</li>\n <li>Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of network layouts, configurations, and change management protocols</li>\n <li>Performing tasking that involves engineering development, integration and interface design analysis, installation, integration, fielding and field analysis, operation, maintenance, and testing of communication systems and network hardware and software</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING</strong></p>\n<p><em>#LI-TF1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Three or more years of experience in a computer network architect role</li>\n <li>One or more years of experience with communication systems, networks, or technologies</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, cyber security engineering, computer engineering, computer science, information systems or other engineering degree</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience relating to local, regional, WANs, and communication systems and networks supporting voice, video, data, and imagery information</li>\n <li>Demonstrated proficiency in designing, deploying, and maintaining mid-level network architectures that comply with contractual and DoD technical standards</li>\n <li>Proven ability to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices and systems to ensure continuous operational performance</li>\n <li>Experienced in implementing network security protocols and best practices as outlined in the SOW/PWS</li>\n <li>One or more of the following certifications: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)</li>\n   <li>Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)</li>\n   <li> GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)</li>\n   <li> Security+</li>\n   <li>Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA-Security)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Possess an active DoD Top Secret security clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with advanced network virtualization and cloud-based networking technologies to support scalable network solutions</li>\n <li>Proficiency in utilizing network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds) for proactive threat detection and performance optimization</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive integrated network and cybersecurity initiatives</li>\n <li>Advanced troubleshooting skills with a focus on rapid resolution of network anomalies and vulnerabilities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>To be determined</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
