This role is responsible for assisting with site development, utility installation, and ensuring construction activities meet company standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The ideal candidate has hands-on field experience and can work with minimal supervision.</span></p><h3 data-section-id=\"15ewtdt\" data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"609\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform and support civil construction activities including trenching, digging, grading, and site preparation</li><li data-section-id=\"11eejyl\" data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"826\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assist with installation of underground telecom infrastructure (conduit, fiber, handholes, vaults)</li><li data-section-id=\"eugh8z\" data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"922\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Operate construction equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, and tampers</li><li data-section-id=\"1xbp2q8\" data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"997\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans</li><li data-section-id=\"zvkk8e\" data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1810\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Familiarity with locating utilities (811) and safe digging practices</li><li data-section-id=\"12bjrdw\" data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1874\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
