We believe a positive attitude, teamwork, and a little fun make the workday better—for us and for our customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach</li>\n<li>Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense</li>\n<li>Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones</li>\n<li>Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!)</li>\n<li>Answer store phone calls and customer questions</li>\n<li>Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals</li>\n<li>Participate in local marketing and special events</li>\n<li>Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business</li>\n<li>Use sales systems and follow company policies</li>\n<li>Collaborate with teammates and managers</li>\n<li>Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Makes You a Great Fit:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills (written &amp; verbal)</li>\n<li>A positive, professional, can-do attitude</li>\n<li>The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized</li>\n<li>Previous experience in wireless or retail sales (a plus, not required!)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Need:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be 18 years or older</li>\n<li>6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience</li>\n<li>Basic experience using computers and mobile phones</li>\n<li>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information</li>\n<li>Legally authorized to work in the United States</li>\n<li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds</li>\n<li>Frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, and use of hands/fingers</li>\n<li>Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching</li>\n<li>Ability to perform repetitive motions (including overhead reaching and typing)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<p>$12.50 - $13.00 per hour DOE. The base pay does not factor in an aggressive commission program when goals and objectives are met.
