We focus on the individual needs and choices of each resident though our concept of Person-Centered Living to create a home-like environment and team atmosphere.</p>\n<p>Our team members have a passion for working with older adults and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Work Environment Includes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional Growth Opportunities</li>\n<li>Employee Recognition Program</li>\n<li>Social Events</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Available Shifts:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">M/W/F - 8am-1pm or hours may vary</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Floor Technicians Will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform commercial cleaning duties in nursing home setting</li>\n<li>Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners</li>\n<li>Strip, wax, and polish floors</li>\n<li>Vacuum carpets and rugs</li>\n<li>Sweep and mop hard surface floors</li>\n<li>Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We Require our Floor Technician to have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods is a plus</li>\n<li>Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions</li>\n<li>Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects, if required</li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You may also apply in person at Florence home (7915 N 30th St, Omaha, Nebraska) Between the hours of 8:30AM and 3:00PM; Monday -Friday</span></p>\n<p>Note: This job description may not encompass all the duties required for this position.
