You can add your household for a small monthly fee!</li>\n\t\t<li>Up to 50% Childcare discount to direct childcare workers</li>\n\t\t<li>Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance and long-term disability coverage.</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Manage ongoing programming in assigned classroom in a professional and confidential manner and in a way which incorporates the developmental and culturally sensitive philosophy of the Center to ensure the highest quality of care for children, as well as compliance with NAEYC standards, Department of Early Education and Care, QRIS requirements, and health and safety regulations.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday</strong></p>\n\n<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Develop, implement and maintain a safe environment and curriculum using Teaching Strategies Gold where children can learn and grow at their own pace, interact comfortably with adults, and have the opportunity to participate in individual and group [small and large] activities as appropriate to program area.</li>\n\t<li>Supervise children in play and structured activities.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain a safe and clean environment for children; performing light housekeeping duties as needed.</li>\n\t<li>Communicate with parents using the Strengthening Families Guidelines on daily basis regarding progress of their child, participate in parent activities as appropriate, and work with Lead Teacher in working with families in need of intervention.</li>\n\t<li>Assist Lead Teacher in conducting Ages in Stages quarterly assessments using Teaching Strategies Gold tool for children in classroom.</li>\n\t<li>Assist Lead Teacher in maintaining classroom records as per licensing and QRIS requirements.</li>\n\t<li>Attend scheduled staff meetings; maintain Health and Safety, First Aid and CPR certification; complete all required hours of training each year as per DEEC and QRIS guidelines.</li>\n\t<li>Develop and follow annual Individual Professional Development Plan (IPDP).</li>\n\t<li>Complete Environmental Rating Scales yearly with a classroom action plan.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Maintain and update NAEYC classroom portfolios.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain EEC Professional Qualifications (PQ) Registry.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain student/teacher ratios at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Perform other duties as requested.</li>\n</ul>\n",
