Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to contribute to innovative projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us.</p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and coordinate daily survey crew activities on site.</li>\n <li>Perform layout and staking for earthworks, excavations, foundations, structural elements, utilities, and drainage systems.</li>\n <li>Execute as-built surveys and verify compliance with construction tolerances.</li>\n <li>Interpret civil and structural drawings to ensure accurate field implementation.</li>\n <li>Perform stakeouts using DTM surfaces, alignments, and profiles.</li>\n <li>Complete field calculations as required to support construction activities.</li>\n <li>Support excavation, grading, shoring, formwork, and concrete placement operations.</li>\n <li>Work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, project engineers, and other construction partners to ensure proper execution of work.</li>\n <li>Upload, manage, and verify digital design files for field use.</li>\n <li>Process field data and assist in preparing drawings and calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D and standard office software.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate field records and survey documentation.</li>\n <li>Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper care of survey instruments and equipment.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and project specifications.</li>\n <li>Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on site.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field.</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in structures, utilities, and earthworks layout.</li>\n <li>Experience leading a survey crew in active construction environments.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of GPS/GNSS systems, total stations, digital levels, and survey data collectors.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of construction tolerances and field problem-solving.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li>\n <li>Experience on transportation infrastructure projects.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Leica, Trimble, or equivalent survey equipment platforms.</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating with multiple subcontractors on complex job sites.</li>\n <li>Experience working with machine control systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why work for us</h2>\n<p>Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program</li>\n <li>Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP</li>\n <li>Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical</li>\n <li>Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min</h2>CAD $80,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Max</h2>CAD $100,000.00/Yr.",
