          "text": "<p>The CI Electrical &amp; Instrumentation Technician will repair, maintain, improve, and install new associated plant equipment for the process and water treatment plants in line with achieving our performance objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair AC &amp; DC circuits and control equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair single phase motors and three phase electrical systems</li><li>Troubleshoot various input elements of control loop, including pressure, temperature, density, mass and flow measurement devices</li><li>Troubleshoot various final control elements of control loop, including discrete and continuous devices</li><li>Tune operation of control loops</li><li>Perform PLC troubleshooting and correction</li><li>Use of Megger, Multi Meter, Rotation Meter, Power Quality Meter</li><li>Troubleshoot Guided Wave and Non-Contacting Radar</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair VFD</li><li>Troubleshoot and Maintain Soft Starts as well as Across the Line</li><li>Able to use proper PPE; Arc Flash protection and FR rated clothing</li><li>Familiarity of conveyor belts and their components</li><li>Able to work on voltages up to 24.9K DC</li><li>Other duties as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Safety:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensures that all tasks comply with Company health and safety requirements and policies and procedures and strengthens the culture of safety in the workplace.</li><li>Demonstrate safety awareness.</li><li>Participate in safety meetings and site safety programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.</li><li>Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 50&#xa0;pounds) during the course of the workday.</li><li>Work is in a surface mine plant setting, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity.</li><li>Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.</li><li>Haile Gold Mine, Inc. promotes a drug/alcohol free work environment through the use of mandatory pre-employment drug testing and on-going random drug testing.</li></ol>",
