If you&#39;re passionate about QC and want to be part of a company that cares about its people, this is the job for you!</span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for the quality inspection of incoming and outgoing materials, products, and compliance with engineering documents, company standards, and customer requirements. The QC Inspector runs tests, checks for defects, keeps accurate records, analyzes product, and ensures production follows quality protocols. The QC Inspector may be required to go to outsourcing locations to ensure quality, as well as conduct quality inspections at the company locations.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Inspect product, materials, and other items for defects</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Ensure compliance with company quality standards</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Keeps accurate records of test results and other relevant information</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Conduct routine and non-routine inspections of in-process materials and products</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Perform visual inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), and other quality tests</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Identify quality issues and recommend solutions</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Supply quality data for submission</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Participate in audits</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Provide feedback to company and suppliers</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Document and report on internal and supplier performance</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Other duties as assigned/directed by management</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>WHAT WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;High School Diploma or GED</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Associates degree or Quality training from a Technical School preferred</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, Air Coolers preferred</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in inspection and/or fabrication required; minimum of 5 years preferred</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Experience with Nondestructive Testing, such as Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Radiography Film Interpretation, preferred</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Experience with MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Ability to read and use gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Exceptional customer service skills</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Excellent attention to detail</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Excellent communication skills including speaking, reading, and writing</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Ability to review and understand blueprints</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&bull;Ability to apply specifications during the inspection process</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>WHY JOIN EADS?</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Great Benefits:</strong> Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Account.
