Set up drawing and work with internal and external designer and drafters.</li>\n<li>Review projects with supervisor and distribute to team resources.</li>\n<li>Perform construction administration tasks.</li>\n<li>Survey and evaluate existing systems at job sites.</li>\n<li>Attend client meetings and contribute to discussions.Share project objectives with team.</li>\n<li>Be responsible for the quality of deliverables, costs, schedules, and project efficiencies.</li>\n<li>Develop relationships with clients, meet expectations, and ensure their satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Participate in business development, as required.</li>\n<li>Build relationships with external clients and meet company growth objectives.</li>\n<li>Ensure the proper execution of mechanical related projects under supervision of the supervisor.</li>\n<li>Develop drawings, preliminary layouts, and sketches utilizing computer-assisted design/drafting programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring To TCG:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of direct industry experience in the field of mechanical building services. Retrofit experience is preferred.</li>\n<li>Diploma / Degree from a mechanical building services technical program or an engineering program.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership qualities and mentorship skills.</li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems.</li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of the National Building Code of Canada and the Ontario Building Code.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a drive and ability to collaborate and problem solve as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Ability to utilize both verbal and written forms of communication to effectively communicate internally with colleagues as well as externally with clients.</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects working in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines</li>\n<li>Must be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Applications.</li>\n<li>Highly motivated self-starter with an attention to detail is a must.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Can Expect in our Recruitment Process:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>A preliminary screen with HR either via email or phone to confirm a few exciting details about the position and your current job search.
