The Physician is responsible for providing musculoskeletal care in the urgent care setting, including fracture treatment.</span></p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">DUTIES<br>AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Evaluates<br>and diagnose pediatric musculoskeletal conditions, including traumatic injuries<br>(fractures and dislocations), infections, and others.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> <span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Performs<br>therapeutic procedures, such as non-operative outpatient orthopedic procedures;<br>including fracture and dislocation reduction; injections and aspirations;<br>splinting; application and removal of casts and other orthopedic appliances as<br>needed. OIC will provide fracture management/reduction training to ensure<br>competency.</span>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> <span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">Competent<br>at administering and managing patients receiving conscious sedation for<br>fracture/dislocation reductions performed in the urgent care.</span>&nbsp;</p><p><span
