          "text": "<p>The Assistant In-Room Dining Manager oversees the operations and the in-room dining experience for all guests, and ensures guest satisfaction with service, order taking, delivery, as well as menu and beverage descriptions.</p><p>Compensation: $80,000 per annum plus bonus</p><p>•Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.</p><p>•Comply at all times with Fairmont standards and regulations to encourage safe and&#xa0; &#xa0;efficient hotel operations.</p><p>•Act as liaison between servers, guests, and kitchen.</p><p>•Oversee and assist daily operations (morning, evening, overnight), cleaning duties within&#xa0; &#xa0; &#xa0; &#xa0;corporate SOP format, and requisition of necessary supplies</p><p>•Oversee guest selection and ensure proper placement and distribution</p><p>•Responsible for Shift staffing and table dressing area</p><p>•Supervise tabletop presentation for meal service</p><p>•Floor presence during shift, greeting and interaction with guests</p><p>•Prepare shift schedules according to Hotel occupancy and special functions</p><p>•Handle and resolve constructive guest feedback</p><p>•Complete menu knowledge</p><p>•May assist in other F&amp;B outlet when needed</p><p>•Maintain inventory of equipment, linen and other supplies</p><p>•Monitor and control POS system with regards to guest checks and hotel reports</p><p>•Assume additional responsibilities in Restaurant Manager's absence</p><p>•Other duties as required</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
