Symbria offers a robust Professional Mentorship Program for those starting out in their careers!</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a <strong>Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)</strong>, you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
