          "text": "<p>We’re seeking an <strong>Engineering Supervisor</strong> to lead night shift operations and oversee a team of 12 to 15 engineering staff. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-output environment where safety, reliability, and teamwork are paramount. The position is based at a modern, fully automated facility in Denton, TX.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise and direct engineering personnel</li><li>Train new employees and demonstrate plant-specific procedures</li><li>Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment</li><li>Read and implement schematics and mechanical drawings</li><li>Promote and monitor safety compliance</li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies (EEO, Safety, etc.)</li><li>Participate in hiring and disciplinary decisions</li></ul>",
