This position is eligible to participate in the company’s annual short-term incentive plan.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>·         <strong>Program Growth & Development</strong></p>\n<p>·  Lead the expansion of Adult DD Waiver services in alignment with organizational goals and state regulations.</p>\n<p>·  Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, streamline service delivery processes, and establish best practices.</p>\n<p>·  Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, referral sources, payors, and community partners to promote program awareness and sustainability.</p>\n<p>·         <strong>Clinical Leadership & Supervision</strong></p>\n<p>·  Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans, assessments, and interventions for adults with developmental disabilities.</p>\n<p>·  Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Level 2 clinicians and new staff, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and fidelity to treatment protocols.</p>\n<p>·  Conduct both group and individual supervision meetings to promote clinical excellence and a collaborative learning culture.</p>\n<p>·         <strong>Staff Training & Development</strong></p>\n<p>·  Deliver training for new hires, Level 2 clinician cohorts, and ongoing professional development opportunities.</p>\n<p>·   Support staff in developing competencies in adult DD waiver services, behavior management, and person-centered practices.</p>\n<p>·   Foster a culture of accountability, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement through mentoring and structured learning opportunities.</p>\n<p>·         <strong>Compliance & Quality Assurance</strong></p>\n<p>·  Ensure all services comply with DD Waiver requirements, state/federal regulations, and BACB standards.</p>\n<p>·  Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and clinical justification (e.g., Brellium platform).</p>\n<p>·  Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making to maintain compliance and optimize outcomes.</p>\n<p>·  Complete invoices for contractual level staff to ensure matching of therapeutic hours</p>\n<p>·         <strong>On-Going Therapeutic Practice</strong></p>\n<p>·  Maintain an active clinical caseload of at least 100 hours per month to remain connected to direct service delivery and model best practices.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (required).</li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of clinical experience serving adults with developmental disabilities, including DD Waiver programs.</li>\n <li>Prior leadership or supervisory experience within behavioral health or developmental disability services strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of DD Waiver regulations, behavior support practices, and person-centered planning.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Strategic thinker with the ability to balance clinical quality and operational growth.</li>\n <li>Inspiring leader who fosters collaboration, mentorship, and accountability.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and data-driven decision-making.</li>\n <li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and regulatory bodies.</li>\n <li>Percentage up to 25%</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, offers a holistic approach and integrated care for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities who often need additional resources.
