    "description": "<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p>The New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking for an Applications Integration Engineer to support the Information Technology Department. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,300 lawyers located in 16 offices in six countries. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Applications Integration Engineer will support of the End User Computing group within the Information Technology department and reports to the Sr. Manager of Advanced Endpoint Engineering. The Applications Integration Engineer will be responsible for implementing, administering, and delivering enterprise application solutions, and serves as a senior technical contributor on platform, software, and application implementation projects. This position will be hybrid and the expectation is that work will be conducted in the New York office 2 days a week.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Willkie, we believe great people are the key to our success. Deploy enterprise software with user personalization using FSLogix to physical and virtual desktops.</li>\n <li>Configure, support, and troubleshoot legal applications, including iManage Work 10; Litera Desktop suite (Litera Compare, Innova, Contract Companion); IntApp Time; and Adobe Acrobat DC.</li>\n <li>Integrate and support end-user applications, including profiling, configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting enterprise applications, with familiarity in zero trust or hybrid security environments.</li>\n <li>Identify, research, and resolve application issues. Collaborate with vendors as needed to resolve technical challenges.</li>\n <li>Configure Windows 11 operating system and system-level settings. Manage user, system, and enterprise policies to optimize performance, security, and user experience.</li>\n <li>Monitor application and system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the End User Computing (EUC) roadmap in collaboration with the Sr. Manager of Advanced Endpoint Engineering.</li>\n <li>Maintain clear, thorough technical documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar/related technical discipline (preferred).</li>\n <li>3-4+ years of experience in application integration or systems engineering, with a strong preference for experience with legal software and business applications.</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of legal applications, including iManage Work 10; Litera Desktop suite (Litera Compare, Innova, Contract Companion); IntApp Time; and Adobe Acrobat DC.</li>\n <li>OS customization, registry management, Group Policy, and Intune policy configuration, with strong experience using enterprise troubleshooting tools.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Intune policy management.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Suite (including Edge, OneDrive, and Teams) with experience in Office add-ins, toolbar customization, and application integration.</li>\n <li>Proficient in configuring and optimizing collaboration software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Jabber) in physical and virtual desktop environments.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms, including Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Citrix (CVAD/DaaS).</li>\n <li>Advanced PowerShell and SQL skills for automation, Windows customization, and performance optimization.</li>\n <li>Experienced with performance monitoring tools such as Windows Performance Analyzer, ControlUp, Perfmon, Wireshark, and other enterprise troubleshooting tools.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with profile management and personalization tools, including FSLogix and Ivanti AppSense.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and testing skills focused on performance optimization and issue resolution, with the ability to create clear and thorough technical documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>ADA Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to sit at a desk most of the day and walk short distances.</li>\n <li>Manual dexterity, speed, and accuracy in handling office equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to work efficiently amidst frequent interruptions.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in close proximity to others.</li>\n <li>Ability to carry light to moderate objects short distances; lift up to 25 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Employment Status</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Exempt</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $170,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.\n<h2>Pay Range Statement</h2>\n<p>The salary range for this role represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
