          "text": "<p>Our In Vivo Pharmacology group in South San Francisco, CA has an opening for a motivated in vivo pharmacologist who is dedicated to the discovery and development of innovative cancer therapeutics. The scientist will execute in vivo efficacy and PK/PD studies to support novel cancer drug development programs in mouse tumor models. The scientist will work collaboratively in a project team setting with biology, medicinal chemistry, biologics, and DMPK scientists to advance oncology programs through the R&amp;D pipeline.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Execute and optimize efficacy/PK/PD studies utilizing human CDX and PDX tumor models in immunocompromised mice.</li><li>Understand study designs and work towards independent study design planning for assigned/owned projects.</li><li>Analysis of data and presentation of efficacy/PD results to project teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with and support other pharmacology team members for in vivo studies across team projects.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education with typically 5 years of experience, or Master’s Degree or equivalent education with typically two years of experience.</li><li>Preference for &#xa0;candidates to have a degree in, in vivo pharmacology and experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech industry setting.</li><li>Proficient hands-on experience with in vivo tumor model study techniques, including anesthetization, biological sample collection (tumor, tissue, and blood sampling), cell/drug administration via different routes/sites (SC, IP, PO, IV), and tumor volume measurement.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent laboratory, record keeping, data analysis, and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.&#xa0; Familiarity with graphing software (<em>e.g., </em>GraphPad Prism) and animal study workflow software (<em>e.g., </em>Studylog) a plus.</li><li>Knowledgeable of human cancer cell line models and workflows preceding in vivo study execution.</li><li>Proactive and flexible, with ability to manage multiple projects/studies at any given time, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to a variety of audiences.</li><li>Excellent team player with ability to work and build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional team members.</li></ul>",
