You are a growing <em>and</em> developing employee that will be given specific duties to complete. As part of the team you will need to consider the following: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">High School Diploma, AA Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Previous roofing experience/repair strongly preferred but not required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy weighted objects</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Current Driver’s License with no restrictions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Valid email address and working cell phone</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Successfully pass drug screen and background check</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Ensure the safety of your crew as well as the safety of the customer, their employees, and clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Maintain the protection of the customer's building and property Make sure it's <em>\"Always watertight at night\"</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Ensure quality of product and application</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Maintain and ensure efficiency of all equipment used at jobsite  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Secure company materials and assets (Equipment, Tools, Trucks, etc.) at jobsite </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Ensure finished product has a safe and high level of quality upon completion</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Participate in site safety through OSHA and L&amp;I compliance </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Proper installation of all new roofing systems exactly as specified </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Maintain good customer relations</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Ability to participate in the production and quality of workmanship  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Ability to take direction and delegation from team leader</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Maintain company issued equipment in good operational order</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Job functions require the ability to sit, stand, climb, walk, grasp, reach, stoop/crouch, and crawl</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 80 lbs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to exchange information through listening and talking with other individuals</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Equipment/Tools Utilized:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Regular use of machinery, ladder, hand tools, transportation equipment, office equipment, etc.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Workplace Environmental Conditions:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Moderate to loud noises in work environment.
