          "text": "<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>This position is responsible for operating off road type heavy, mobile equipment (such as Loader, Material Handler, Lugger Truck, Hot Work Operator, Water Truck.&#xa0; May also be required to operate MRP and screening equipment.&#xa0; All work performed in a steel mill environment and <strong>will be worked as 12 hour rotating shifts</strong>.&#xa0; Duties include but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Perform and record routine mobile equipment pre-start and post inspections,</li><li>Run Heavy Equipment in a safe and efficient manner</li><li>Complete required activity reports.</li><li>Follow all policies and rules of the company and the customer</li><li>Service a high-demand production customer with reliability and efficiency</li><li>Good communication skills for coordinating with supervisor and customers</li><li>Understand and follow the customer’s schedule to ensure timely operations</li><li>Strong attention to safety protocols and compliance with regulations</li><li>Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities</li></ul><p>Maintain high level of safety, and abide by all safe work requirements</p><p>*This position is for an anticipated opening with a training rate of $32.23 to $35.59 per hour and then an hourly rate of $34.23 to $37.59 per hour.</p>",
