    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>NOW HIRING!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Seasonal Warehouse Forklift Operators</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Departments and Shifts Available:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Receiving/Putaway: Monday - Friday: 6:00am start time</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Batch Cage: &nbsp;Monday - Friday: 6:00am start time: 8:00am start time</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Bulk Lanes: &nbsp;Monday - Friday: 8:00am start time</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Shipping: Monday - Friday: 12:00pm start time (2nd shift)</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>An Equipment Operator is responsible for the daily distribution activities, productivity, and quality within the assigned area(s) of a distribution facility.&nbsp; This position is responsible for demonstrating safety, quality and productivity performance and operational expertise. This position will be required to proficiently perform at least one or more distribution-related activities (e.g. order filling, shipping, receiving) on a regular basis with 60% or more of work performed using a forklift or PIT.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform loading, unloading and/or picking of product and materials using powered lifting equipment to move product throughout the facility.&nbsp; May operate stock picker, sit down/stand up equipment, reach truck, etc.</li>\n <li>Contribute to a safe work environment through continuous focus on housekeeping and safety.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a commitment to our company’s core values.</li>\n <li>Interact with supervisors, leads, and/or work groups with information exchanges related to immediate tasks.</li>\n <li>Participate in the implementation and contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvements to the distribution process in a group setting.</li>\n <li>Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Level of Formal Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in related field</li>\n <li>Type of Experience: Warehouse Experience&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Language Skills: Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English language</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skills and Ability:</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication)</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills (accessing and navigating the internet; familiar with the keyboard; opening, closing and saving documents)</li>\n <li>Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently</li>\n <li>Ability to push, pull, grasp, and fine manipulation of equipment using hands is ongoing throughout the work hours</li>\n <li>Walking on uneven surfaces possible, though infrequently</li>\n <li>Successful completion of Office Depot Forklift Operator licensing program</li>\n <li>Information Systems: Warehouse Systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Personal Attributes:</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule (start shift early and/or stay until the work is complete)</li>\n <li>Exhibited good job performance and behavior as measured through indicators such as teamwork, attendance, quality and productivity, etc.</li>\n <li>Self-directed&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Other/Preferred: Prior Forklift Driving experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>About The ODP Corporation: </strong>The ODP Corporation is a leading provider of products and services through an integrated business-to-business (B2B) distribution platform and omnichannel presence, which includes world-class supply chain and distribution operations, dedicated sales professionals, online presence, and a network of Office Depot and OfficeMax retail stores.
