      "text": "Primary Responsibilities",
      "content": "<h3>Transportation &amp; Mobilization</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment in accordance with DOT regulations and company standards</li>\n<li>Safely transport machinery, tools, and materials to and from project locations</li>\n<li>Verify permits and documentation for oversized and overweight loads</li>\n<li>Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and staging equipment for field operations</li>\n\n<h3>Field Operations Support</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Participate in daily work planning meetings and safety briefings</li>\n<li>Support rail recovery operations, load transfers, track maintenance, repairs, and new construction projects</li>\n<li>Prepare work areas and materials needed for assigned tasks</li>\n<li>Assist with cleanup and site restoration following project completion</li>\n\n<h3>Equipment Operation</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Assist with the setup, inspection, and operation of cranes and other specialized equipment</li>\n<li>Support rigging activities involving chains, cables, winches, and lifting devices</li>\n<li>Operate heavy equipment as qualified, including:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Cranes</li>\n<li>Excavators</li>\n<li>Backhoes</li>\n<li>Grapple trucks</li>\n<li>Dump trucks</li>\n<li>Front-end loaders</li>\n<li>Skid steers</li>\n<li>Additional construction and rail-support equipment</li>\n\n\n<li>Perform all work in compliance with established safety procedures and operational guidelines</li>\n\n<h3>Maintenance &amp; Equipment Care</h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Monitor equipment performance and report operational concerns</li>\n<li>Perform routine servicing and minor maintenance on vehicles and equipment</li>\n<li>Document maintenance activities and communicate repair needs to supervisors</li>\n<li>Assist with equipment disassembly, transport preparation, and storage as required</li>\n<li>Restock vehicles, tools, and supplies after project completion</li>\n\n<h3>General Duties</h3>\n\n<li>Utilize hydraulic, electrical, welding, cutting, and hand tools safely and effectively</li>\n<li>Maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas</li>\n<li>Support additional departments and projects as operational needs require</li>\n<li>Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and training requirements</li>\n</ul></ul></li></ul></ul></ul>"
