font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Quality Control Inspector</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for operation of the Quality Control/Assurance department and ensures all documentation, parts, and materials meet the FAR’s.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assure that all inspections are properly performed and that the proper inspection records, reports, and forms used by the company are completed and executed prior to releasing the aircraft for return to service.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform audits and keep a log for all contract maintenance vendors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Possess knowledge of the Company’s Aircraft Maintenance Program &amp; ability to review the maintenance program if needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitors and ensures that all maintenance personnel have documented training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Establishes that calibrated tooling used in the accomplishment of maintenance is in suitable condition and has been calibrated within the established time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assure the proper execution of a maintenance release.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Guide the final acceptance of all incoming material, including new parts, supplies, and the airworthiness of articles on which work has been performed from outside vendors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor company procedures and recommend changes to ensure compliance with existing Federal Aviation Regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure the completion and accuracy of OJT forms and certificates for maintenance personnel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee the training and development of maintenance personnel, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up to date</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Flight Docs Upkeep, to include Flight Docs Constraint Updates, Flight Docs Flight Time Updates, Flight Docs Non-Routines Entries and Clear, and Flight Docs Parts Install/Remove</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Upkeep Share Point Digital Records Archives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Off-site Maintenance Control and Tech Support</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Technical Libraries Subscriptions adequate and up to date</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">AD and SB compliance and verification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with fault troubleshooting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and perform repairs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, maintenance manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, company policy and procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to communicate effectively with verbal and written skills, including the ability to interpret documents such as safety guidelines and operating manuals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to perform minor maintenance on ground support equipment as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to tow aircraft</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide hands-on assistance with aircraft maintenance and servicing as needed, under appropriate supervision and in accordance with company procedures and FAA regulations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #535353\">5 years technical experience within a Part 135,125,121 or 145 repair station, of which at least three years are in an inspector capacity.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #535353\">Familiar with guidance materials under Part 43. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #535353\">Airframe and Power Plant license, an Inspector Authorization preferred however not required. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #535353\">Comprehensive knowledge of procedures for completing FAA paperwork including FAR’s, FAA Orders, Advisory Circulars, Form 337, Form 8130-3, Form 8110, STC’s and other pertinent paperwork.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #535353\">Knowledge of inspection and certification process, a general working knowledge of the various aircraft and familiarity with pertinent FAR’s and technical reference materials.</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #535353\">Ability to work within the various software applications utilized throughout the corporation.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #535353\">Must possess a valid driver's license and passport. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #535353\">Must pass background screening and airport screening.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #535353\">Ability to move up to 75 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #535353\">Ability to climb stairs and ladders. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
