You will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue cycle strategy aligned with organizational goals and performance metrics. </li>\n <li>Lead day-to-day revenue cycle functions including claims submission, payment posting, denials management, collections, and accounts receivable oversight. </li>\n <li>Partner with service line leadership to optimize registration, insurance verification, authorization workflows, and reimbursement processes. </li>\n <li>Utilize data analytics and KPI reporting to drive operational improvements, enhance collections, and reduce denials. </li>\n <li>Monitor key revenue cycle metrics including A/R days, denial rates, collection percentages, and bad debt trends. </li>\n <li>Collaborate on financial forecasting, revenue optimization, and strategic growth initiatives. </li>\n <li>Oversee payer relationships and negotiate contracts with commercial insurers and government payers including Medicare and Medicaid. </li>\n <li>Lead process improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, automate systems, and enhance operational efficiency. </li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations including HIPAA requirements. </li>\n <li>Develop strategies to identify root causes of denials, improve appeals management, and minimize revenue leakage. </li>\n <li>Partner with Enterprise Applications teams to enhance billing systems and integrated revenue cycle technologies. </li>\n <li>Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue cycle team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. </li>\n <li>Design and implement training programs to strengthen technical competencies and operational effectiveness. </li>\n <li>Ensure all billing activities, fee schedules, collections, and reimbursements are accurate, timely, and aligned with contractual agreements. </li>\n <li>Promote a culture centered on dignity, respect, inclusion, and person-centered care.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. </li>\n <li>Minimum of 15 years of healthcare billing experience, including at least 10 years leading teams and managers. </li>\n <li>Deep expertise in revenue cycle management operations, behavioral health billing, managed care, payer credentialing, collections, and regulatory compliance. </li>\n <li>Strong experience working with Medicaid, Managed Medicare, and complex payer reimbursement methodologies. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated success implementing revenue cycle strategies that improve financial performance and operational outcomes. </li>\n <li>Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and integrated revenue cycle management systems. </li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and optimize complex workflows. </li>\n <li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. </li>\n <li>Ability to analyze data, solve problems strategically, and drive organizational change. </li>\n <li>Industry certifications through organizations such as HFMA, AHIMA, or AAPC preferred. </li>\n <li>High level of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Advocates?</strong></p>\n<p>At Advocates, your work has purpose.
