          "text": "<p>We are looking for compassionate Certified Nurse Assistants to assist in daily nursing, living, and personal care services in accordance with an established care plan.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>Assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.</p><p><strong>Part-Time or Per-Deim - All shifts available</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: $21.00 - $21.20 Hourly</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care plan</li><li>Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents</li><li>Escort residents to meals and activities</li><li>Ensures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts</li><li>Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift</li><li>Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor</li><li>Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide</li><li>Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience</li></ul>",
