    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>We are currently seeking an individual for the&nbsp;<strong>Trackhoe </strong>and <strong>Dozer Operator</strong>&nbsp;position in Cookeville and Upper Cumberland areas. &nbsp;The successful candidate for this position will have experience operating heavy machinery and an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.</span></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></p><ul><li><span><strong>Operate a dozer and other heavy equipment to complete stripping and overburden removal for a quarry operation.</strong></span></li><li><span><strong>Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management</strong>.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policie</strong>s.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Effective communication skills applicable to position.</strong></span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.</strong></span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe</strong> working procedures and environment.</span></li></ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Requirements:</span></p><ul><li><span>Previous experience operating large dozers, or similar heavy machinery preferred.</span></li><li><span>Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.</span></li><li><span>Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.</span></li><li><span>Ability to learn new tasks quickly.</span></li><li><span>Pass pre-employment drug screen.</span></li><li><span>Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.</span></li><li><span>Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.</span></li></ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>&nbsp;As a Rogers Group employee, you will have access to our competitive company perks, including:</span></p><ul><li><span>Group insurance options plus Health Savings Account with annual company contribution.</span></li><li><span>Company paid life insurance, disability insurance, and more.</span></li><li><span>Retirement 401K account with company contribution and match.</span></li><li><span>Paid Holidays</span></li><li><span>Paid vacation – 1 week at 1 year; 2 weeks at 2 years; 3 weeks at 5 years; 4 weeks at 20 years of service.</span></li><li><span>Annual performance-based merit increases.</span></li></ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><i><span><strong>Rogers Group provides extensive benefits, strong compensation, and a safe, drug-free working environment.&nbsp;</strong></span></i></p>",
