Cole’s offers an excellent working environment, and a competitive pay &amp; benefits package.</p><p><br></p><p><em><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></em></p><ul><li>Train and evaluate maintenance personnel under their supervision as directed by maintenance manager and submit timely evaluation reports and training records.</li><li>Be cognitive of maintenance spending in relations to operational need with the understanding of eliminating wasteful spending.</li><li>Assign work to maintenance hourly personnel as needed to keep employee(s) involved in productive work during their shift. Also, expected to show initiative to keep oneself productively occupied while on the job.</li><li>Understand and help with administration of preventive maintenance programs, follow-up on completed P.M. assignments and work orders to determine if work is properly performed and completed on schedule utilizing EAM and other communication methods or programs.</li><li>Inspect, test, and adjusts all physical plant systems, machinery, and equipment on a regular basis. Replaces, repairs, and calibrates assorted equipment on a routine basis.</li><li>Inspect and maintain all fire &amp; security system equipment, alarms, switches, and sensors. Maintain all records of daily checks, inspections, tests, and repairs.</li><li>Be familiar with production schedule as needed to coordinate product changeovers, maintenance work scheduling, and manpower requirements.</li><li>Have an awareness and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as applied to the physical plant and all aspects of the maintenance operation.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain the facility in a sanitary manner as prescribed by Company Food Safety and Quality programs and other government regulations.</li><li>Maintains and demands safe working conditions, counsel maintenance employees to insure high levels of safety awareness. Participate in all safety programs and training.&nbsp;</li><li>Attend and participate in all staff meetings.</li><li>May be called outside of normal work hours to assist in emergency situations.</li></ul><p>From time to time will be expected to deviate from regularly scheduled working hours as needed to perform maintenance, or installation of plant equipment.</p><h3><br></h3>",
