The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>$23-29/hour (not including prevailing wage)</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Benefits:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>401K</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Health Insurance</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Paid time-off</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Mileage reimbursement</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Continuing education</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Position Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Installation of different types of roofing systems such as&nbsp;BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Commercial Roofing: 5 to 10 years experience</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Reliable form of transportation</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Acceptable background check per company standards</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Plus:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span>Dependable truck with ability to put ladder rack on it</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span>Tuckpointing various masonry surfaces.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span>Routing and sealing cracks in concrete/masonry walls.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span>Power washing and sealing masonry walls.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span>Spraying and coating masonry walls with various coatings.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span>Skilled in joint sealants, wet glazing, all building sealants.
