    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><strong>Overview</strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>Adirondack Beverages is looking to add a Quality Specialist to their team.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Create Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in their delivery.</li><li>Facilitate third-party lab testing for products as needed, monitoring the types of testing and when it is required.&nbsp;</li><li>Review lab results to ensure that quality standards are being upheld and customer requirements are being met &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Review in-house lab testing results, notifying Quality Manager of any out-of-specification results. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and report on yields as assigned and notify Quality Manager of any issues or high losses.</li><li>Perform routine product inspections on the line, looking for dents, wrinkles, code quality, seam/cap application quality, correct material usage, label application, etc.</li><li>Support Quality Lab Technicians as needed and assist with questions regarding product specifications and sample collection.</li><li>Auditing the accuracy of recordkeeping regarding lot numbers and batch ingredients.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with Quality Manager, Quality Supervisors, syrup technicians, lab technicians, line foreman, receiving and shipping warehouse teams, and production schedulers to help improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall workflow.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform miscellaneous projects as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements:<br></strong>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong analytical skills<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to read, write and keep records<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Good computer skills including literacy with Excel and Word<br><br><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to &ldquo;be on your feet&rdquo; from beginning to end of shift.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Able to lift materials up to 50 pounds</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
