    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>​The ​Contract Manager II​ provides contracting expertise to the customer PMs and PdMs in areas such as PALT metrics, Procurement Portfolio Management Tool database for the US Army.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in the establishment of contract milestones in coordination with the requiring activity and the Army Contracting Command (ACC). </li>\n <li>Provide management of completing taskers in the ETMS 2 database. </li>\n <li>Coordinate and assist in contract training and community practice to various program managers and the PEO IEWS workforce. </li>\n <li>Assist in document/policy writing during the Integrated Product Team process. </li>\n <li>Assist with Program Status Review up to the Program Executive Office and their staff. Attend various milestone and programmatic reviews. </li>\n <li>Act as a liaison between the PMs and ACC. Maintaining prime and sub vendor tracking for congressional inquiries and industry engagements. </li>\n <li>Coordinate with PMs to prepare and complete industry day slide decks. Lead and facilitate contractual one-to-end deep dives. </li>\n <li>Route and process RSCA’s through various channels for signature. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree- Business </li>\n <li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting or database management </li>\n <li>DAU Contracting Level II Certified or industry equivalent </li>\n <li>Secret Clearance </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary Range: $150K-$174K</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The above salary range represents a general guideline.
