This role owns how projects are planned, governed, and executed - ensuring delivery outcomes align with <strong>market needs, revenue goals, and cost commitments</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The role partners closely with Consulting, Sales, Finance, and Global PMO leadership to improve <strong>forecast accuracy, pipeline readiness, global resource leverage, and margin performance</strong>, while mentoring the next generation of delivery managers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PMO Governance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own and manage the regional portfolio, aligned to global PMO and Consulting priorities.</li>\n <li>Lead project managers and govern adoption of global SOPs</li>\n <li>Enforce delivery governance, including quality reviews, escalation protocols, and project close‑out discipline.</li>\n <li>Ensure projects deliver against <strong>scope, schedule, quality, and commercial commitments</strong>.</li>\n <li>Lead regular project portfolio status and escalation meeting</li>\n <li>Enable <strong>resource sharing</strong> by partnering with RMO, cross‑region PMOs and Consulting leaders to optimize capacity, skills, and utilization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Financial, Revenue & Cost Accountability</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own PMO‑related performance metrics including delivery health, utilization, margin, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Drive <strong>revenue forecast accuracy</strong> by strengthening PM forecast discipline, milestone tracking, and early risk identification.</li>\n <li>Actively <strong>manage to cost budgets</strong>, ensuring tight delivery cost control, variance management, and corrective actions.</li>\n <li>Use data and insights to identify systemic delivery inefficiencies and drive improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Commercial Partnership & Pipeline Enablement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Surface opportunities for add-on work, through subsequent delivery phases or change requests.</li>\n <li>Ensure delivery (PM) capability and capacity are factored early into pipeline planning and market commitments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>People Leadership, Mentorship & Capability Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and develop the regional <strong>PM community</strong>.</li>\n <li>Provide active <strong>mentorship to PMs</strong>, building leadership maturity, commercial acumen, and decision‑making capability.</li>\n <li>Oversee PM talent management, including hiring, capability assessment, performance management, and succession planning.</li>\n <li>Foster a strong coaching culture focused on <strong>predictability, ownership, and customer outcomes</strong>.</li>\n <li>Champion continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and reuse of global SOPs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Leadership & Representation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a trusted advisor to regional and global leaders on delivery health, execution risks, and investment priorities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with Global PMO, Consulting, Sales, and Finance teams to align execution with strategy.</li>\n <li>Represent SAS internally and externally with professionalism, integrity, and strong delivery leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor's degree preferably in quantitative field or related industry. Coursework or degree in Marketing, Business, or Management preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Typically requires eight years of experience in the technical implementation of software systems, and managing large projects and programming teams. Three years of direct customer experience preferred. Experience designing/building interactive systems and with at least one vertical market preferred. Two years of experience in a leadership role.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proven experience leading <strong>regional PMO or large‑scale delivery functions</strong>.</p></li>\n <li>Strong commercial, delivery, and governance leadership background.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success managing <strong>complex portfolios with revenue, cost, and margin accountability</strong>.</li>\n <li>Strong people leadership with a coaching and mentorship mindset.</li>\n <li>Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You are welcome here.</strong></p>\n<p>At SAS, it’s not about fitting into our culture – it’s about adding to it.
