font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About the team and the role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Our Corporate partner, Mei Fern Johnson, a market leader in the Corporate and Commercial fields, is looking for a mid to senior level corporate lawyer, interested in a broad Corporate and Commercial practice, ranging from M&amp;A, complex commercial contracting (including technology contracting), governance and corporate advisory, to join her team in either Auckland or Wellington.  This could be a full-time or part-time role.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The team acts for significant entities across the public and private sector.  In this role, you would be involved in general corporate and commercial advisory work, commercial contract drafting and procurement, across the energy, infrastructure, technology and social sectors, to name a few.   </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3+ years' corporate and/or commercial legal experience </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in contract drafting and negotiation – this is highly desirable, as it will be a core component of the role</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Great attention to detail and high problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong spirit of service and client servicing skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong academic record</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
