You will contribute to system architecture, optimize performance for large-scale deployments, and mentor junior developers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about robotics, automation, and pushing the boundaries of intelligent systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Description: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop advanced robotics software for motion planning, kinematics, and real-time control.</li>\n<li>Architect and optimize software systems for industrial automation environments.</li>\n<li>Integrate Mujin’s “Teachless” technology with major industrial robot arms (Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB, etc.).</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.</li>\n<li>Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth and best practices.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in deployed systems.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.</li>\n<li>4+ years of experience using Python and C++ for high-performance applications.</li>\n<li>Experience with Linux development environments.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 frameworks.</li>\n<li>Expertise in 3D motion planning and robot kinematics.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with industrial robot arms (Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB).</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with real-time systems and distributed architecture.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of perception algorithms and sensor integration.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands/ Work Environment:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n<li>Ability to work extended hours as required.</li>\n<li>Travel Requirement: Less than 25%, domestically and internationally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Great Company!
