    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><u>SUMMARY:</u></strong></p><p>This person is trained in both the process and the packaging areas of the operation. &nbsp;The Cover Person is able to fill in at various jobs at times of need or problem situations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Understands the essential duties and responsibilities of the process areas (batching, filling, packaging, and packaging driving).</li><li>Designated break, lunch relief, and fill in for team members who are absent for the process and packaging area.</li><li>Understands the Critical Control Points, routine, daily checks, and the documentation required in all production areas.</li><li>Adheres to and understands Safety programs.</li><li>Understands and uses current Good Manufacturing Practices to perform work.&nbsp;</li><li>Understands and uses the Standard Operating Procedures for the area.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
