    "description": "<h2> Overview </h2>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Consultant to support a large-scale ERP modernization initiative within a highly regulated federal environment. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Master Data Governance (MDG) capabilities within an SAP S/4HANA landscape, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and compliant master data across enterprise domains.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a <strong>75% remote position</strong> with approximately <strong>25% quarterly travel to the Washington, DC metro area</strong>. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be <strong>U.S. Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance</strong>.</p>\n<h2> Responsibilities </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Configure and support the SAP MDG framework, including data modeling, UI modeling (Floorplan Manager), and process modeling</li>\n <li>Assist in the design and implementation of change request workflows, leveraging BRFplus for validation and routing logic</li>\n <li>Maintain and enhance standard MDG data models (e.g., Finance, Business Partner, Materials), including support for custom attributes</li>\n <li>Support data integration and distribution using the Data Replication Framework (DRF) and monitor system interfaces (e.g., IDocs, SOA services)</li>\n <li>Assist in data consolidation and mass processing, including deduplication and initial data load activities</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot MDG issues related to workflows, replication, and user interface functionality</li>\n <li>Partner with functional teams to ensure master data supports end-to-end business processes and aligns with best practices</li>\n <li>Support data quality monitoring and remediation activities using MDG Data Quality Management (DQM) tools</li>\n <li>Analyze system logs and replication errors (e.g., SLG1, SRT_MONI) to maintain data consistency across systems</li>\n <li>Maintain technical documentation related to data models, workflows, and governance processes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> Qualifications </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>U.S. Citizenship required with an <strong>Active Secret Clearance</strong> or higher</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), including implementation or support</li>\n <li>Experience working with at least one MDG domain (e.g., Finance, Business Partner, Supplier, or Material)</li>\n <li>Foundational knowledge of the SAP MDG technical stack, including ABAP, BRFplus, and Web Dynpro/Floorplan Manager</li>\n <li>Understanding of S/4HANA Business Partner architecture and its integration with MDG</li>\n <li>Experience with data replication, integration, and troubleshooting tools (e.g., DRF, SLG1, SRT_MONI)</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data integrity and quality</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly</li>\n <li>Experience with SAP ETL tools or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus</li>\n <li>Experience in a federal or highly regulated environment preferred</li>\n <li>Familiarity with data governance, audit readiness, and compliance standards is a plus</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>\n<ul>\n <li><em>W2 Hourly rate starts at $70.54.
