    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>Warehouse Manager</p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Position Summary<br>Plans, organizes and executes all facets of daily activity involving the pre-scheduling, unloading, processing and loading of freight in order to accomplish timely, accurate, safe and cost effective shipment of goods to customer locations either personally or through a staff of supervisors.</p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Ensures Facility housekeeping and the safe and injury-free operation of all activity conducted on a 24/7 basis related to the scheduling, unloading, processing, loading and shipping of freight.</li><li>Oversees customer relationship and the meeting or exceeding of customer expectations in terms of LOS and KPI requirements including the timely, damage free and accurate shipment of goods.</li><li>Plan and implement the efficient utilization of labor in order to achieve budgeted CPU and Units per Hour productivity objectives.</li><li>Forecast staffing, work load and performance results to meet business demands for workload and performance results for area of responsibility.</li><li>Establish standard operational procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement activities to achieve optimum efficiency and budgeted return on investment (ROI)objectives.</li><li>Develop a highly productive staff of subordinates by actively participating in recruitment, selection, performance management, and reward/recognition programs.</li><li>Provide for the safety and well-being of all subordinate personnel.</li><li><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW134880423 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW134880423 BCX8\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"Subtitle\">Create and maintain high levels of employee productivity and engagement.</span></span></li><li>Meet or exceed customer expectations pertaining to timeliness and quality of service.</li><li>Actively participate in the development of annual operating budgets, capital investment, cost reduction, continuous improvement, and accident prevention programs.</li><li>Demonstrate effective management planning, organizing, communicating, directing, controlling, and innovating skills.</li><li>Effectively resolve customer service problems with timely customer interaction and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p>Minimum Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Eight years of demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience in a high volume warehouse, preferably cross dock or transloading, distribution, manufacturing or similar environment.</li><li>Prior experience with the preparation of operating budgets, capital improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and productivity improvement plans.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative relations among all levels of an organization.</li><li>Computer literacy with MS Office Suite essential; prior experience with Warehouse Management and Yard Management Systems desirable.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.A. / B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul><p>Skills/Abilities</p><ul><li>Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to grasp extensive knowledge while dealing with a variety of people.</li><li>Must have strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication, planning and organizing skills</li><li><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW134880423 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW134880423 BCX8\">Strong leadership, relationship management, and problem-solving skills</span></span></li><li>Multi-tasking with quick pivots from task to task with changing business needs</li><li>Firm execution of loosely-defined projects and process improvement changes</li><li>Productive within a team environment</li><li>Close attention to detail</li><li>Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment</li></ul><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;' data-pasted=\"true\"><u>Benefits</u></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;'>The company offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as basic and voluntary life and voluntary ancillary coverages for accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity.
