    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\"><strong>Independence Title in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (</strong></span><span style=\"color: black;\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"><strong>Preston Hollow</strong></span></span><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\"><strong> Office),</strong> a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a <strong>Licensed Escrow Assistant</strong>.<span>&nbsp; </span>Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\"><strong>The Licensed Escrow Assistant is responsible for:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Handling, and having comfortable knowledge in: A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, scheduling closings, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Having hands-on experience with the closing process, if becoming licensed.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Communicating professionally, respectfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Backing up on closings, after becoming licensed, as requested by Closer or management.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Keeping Esc.
