Performs activities under moderate supervision.</p>\n<p><span>We are looking for a talented Facilities Associate to join our Distribution business in (Elko, NV).</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Will make an impact in the following ways:</strong></span></p>\n<p><br><span>• Coordinate facility changes, repairs, and operational improvements</span><br><span>• Support day-to-day operations for parts and service teams supporting remote customers</span><br><span>• <strong>Perform urgent parts and tooling deliveries to customer sites</strong></span><br><span>• <strong>Coordinate and complete non-stock parts pick up activities</strong></span><br><span>• <strong>Support building maintenance and facility upkeep activities</strong></span><br><span>• <strong>Perform HSE-related tasks and maintain compliance with safety requirements</strong></span><br><span>• <strong>Assist with general branch clean up and operational organization</strong></span><br><span>• <strong>Support excessive sized inventory movement and material handling activities</strong></span><br><span>• <strong>Manage inventory activities across 3 remote stocking locations</strong></span><br><span>• <strong>Perform assorted operational duties as business needs arise to help expedite operations</strong></span><br><span>• <strong>Participate in parts call-out rotation (one week per month)</strong></span><br><span>• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related work</span><br><span>• Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, and operational planning activities</span><br><span>• Participate in emergency preparedness, maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement activities</span><br><span>• Communicate facility and operational updates to affected employees and stakeholders</span></p>",
