    "description": "<p><span>                   </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Job Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>To ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations so as to meet and deliver volume targets by due dates and fulfilling the quality standards.</span></li>\n<li><span>To ensure maintenance programs are carried out promptly and the continuous availability of equipment/machines</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure implementation of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OH&amp;SE)</span></li>\n<li><span>Continuous improvement, communication, and employee relations</span></li>\n<li><span>To prepare reports (daily productions, forecast and plant compliance) to account for monthly variances and confirmation of the monthly production plan</span></li>\n<li><span>Managing team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and actioned</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure the shop floor complies with global best practices in terms of GMP,GHK, and continuous improvement</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements*:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc/HND in Engineering or Industrial Chemistry</li>\n<li>3–5 years experience in soap, cosmetics, or personal/home care manufacturing</li>\n<li>Knowledge of ERP, Health &amp; Safety</li>\n<li>Strong planning, analytical &amp; communication skills<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Excellent planning and scheduling skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Good communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite</span></li>\n<li><span>Preferably female for gender balance</span></li>\n</ul>",
