Come play with us!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Position Summary - Lead Unity Developer </span></p>\n<p><span>As a GamePoint Lead Unity Developer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing </span><span>technical operation through teams, leading efforts of technology strategy, </span><span>architecture and IT plans.</span></p>\n<p><span>Responsible for safety, productivity, continuous improvement, and </span><span>employee engagement.</span><br><span> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Communication with the team: Delineation of relevant tasks and reporting directions for their implementation. Optimization of tools (at the time of management).</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting Product Owners and Technical Leads in defining project direction.</li>\n<li>Responsible for making sure that products are up to date with any external and when required internal technology changes.</li>\n<li><span>Help with project architecture.</span></li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Game Director on a daily basis.</li>\n<li>As a leader, ensure that code quality, reusability, and documentation are always a high priority.</li>\n<li>Help production define the project roadmap by giving your experience and insights to help deliver a high-quality product.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Who you are:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>5+ years of Lead Unity game development experience;</span></li>\n<li>Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy.</li>\n<li><span>Released games in the portfolio;</span><br></li>\n<li>Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n<li>Leadership and organizational abilities</li>\n<li>Strategic thinking</li>\n<li>Problem-solving aptitude</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Technical requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and experience with Unity (over 7 years);</li>\n<li>Ability to navigate services (Firebase, Adjust, Fb, SDK);</li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience C#, .Net;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of programming patterns;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of ООP;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of SOLID;</li>\n<li>Experience with Jira, and Confluence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Interested?</span></p>\n<p><span>Are you interested in this position?
